These Circular Thread Rolling Dies are generally made from cold work tools steel [D2 or similar] and also in high speed steel [M2]. Not only these three types of circular thread rolling dies, we are also capable of building specially treated and customized dies for thread rolling of those v equipments which are rather tough to roll on. Examples of such tough materials are Stainless steel and Fasteners of After Heat treatment state [AHT]. The circular thread rolling dies that we make here are made with maximum diameter of 300 M.M. and maximum width of 250 M.M. Apart from this, we also make circular thread rolling dies in a customized manner with size of bore diameter. • Angle of entry & exit- for thru feed rolls

• Any special operation- radiuses run out grinding, chamfer angles other than standard 30 deg, etc.
